Why doesnt CCS have a northeast region besides lrrs?  I've heard great things about lrrs but i know alot of people would rather have diversity in tracks instead of just one throughout the entire season.

Most people in the tri-state area and pa, i'm guessing, run mid-atlantic.  I think there are enough tracks and enough interest by the folks up here in the northeast to have our own region.  Summit and vir would be used, beaver is a possibility, maybe mid-ohio, maybe a weekend up at loudon.  Plenty of possibilities.

LRRS is not owned by CCS; it is an affiliate.  Certainly, they do have big numbers for their entries.

For them to take on more races might not be in their best interest.

Most tracks book up with events that happen year after year.  So, I think WERA has most of those dates.  But is Fasttracks going to be a CCS gig for 2004?

Yeah, there's a few of us here in Western NY, that would like to see more tracks out here. I like Loudon allot, but Beaver Run would be better, since it's only 3 hours away for us instead of 8 hrs to Loudon, or the huge trek down to VIR.

Us nort east folks have it a little rough unless you really like to drive...  From Philly Loudon is a hike, so is VIR and CMP might as well be on another planet as far as I'm concerned, I won't even think about riding Pocono and it's only 2 hours away (walls...).   So whatever happened to Rausch Creek?  At least Summit Point is building another track, hopefully there won't be too many walls  :-/  Beaver Run is 6 hours away and it's even in the same state as me!

I'm only 45 minutes from Loudon, so that is nice but on the flipside I find myself driving crazy long trips to any other track.

Summit 9hrs
Vir 11-14hrs
Daytona 24hrs
etc

So why no northeast region?  I thought lrrs was ownerd by CCS, since it's only an affiliate, CCS should definitly thing about a northeast region.  WERA has done it.  They ride VIR, Summit, Beaver, and Mid-Ohio.

if I remember correctly they used to race pocono, summit and loudon as the CCS NE. But I think there wasnt enough support, and LRRS wanted to run their full schedule. So even if CCS have a NE aside from loudon, some or most people will do Loudon more than the NE region, so maybe thats why CCS doen't do it. But with the new track (Club Motorsports) opening this year, maybe next  year there is a possibility?

NHIS owns LRRS.  They used to race the Bridge as well and we had a once a year event at Pocono.  4 years ago we also had a co event in Shubenacadie, Canada,
