Hey, a full body shave is worth about a half pound for Daytona....more if you're Ed Key. ;D

more if you're Ed Key. ;D

Wow. Ed Key with his entire body shaved. Scary mental image,  :-X  and c'mon, like we need him to be any faster.  ::) ;D

I'm SURE we can find other places on THE BIKE to get rid of that half a pound instead, Dave.  ;)

QuoteAt least I'll have something to do instead of moping around about being bikeless.  ;D

Nate...Did I miss something??

Why are you going to be bikeless next season??

Nate R

Yeah, sold the SV. Needed $ for the business, and even if I didn't, I  wouldn't be able to afford to race much or at all next season. So, I was going to just keep my streetbike, but it's getting expensive to maintain, so I'm parting that out.

I WILL be back on a newer SV. Hoping to buy one the end of 04. We'll see, though.

So, basically, money's tight for 04, but if the business does OK, it won't be so tight in 05 :-)

Hopefully, we can get you some more business and teach you a couple of little things on the way on my end too...

Still waiting for some info announce the program for 2004.

Hopefully, yes.  :D

I've also picked up a rider in Canada who's coming back as an Amatuer there because of a lapse in time since he last RACED, but should be fast enough to be in contention for a few championships. So, I'm doing a bit of a sponsorship for him. He's going to be running the SV cup in Canada along with another series, so that should help, as he said that well designed sliders for the SV aren't easy to come by up there. So, with your promotion and his, I'm hoping it will bring in some business. I'm sure he'll be sending a few SV'ers to me, and Im hoping that your help will help me branch out to other bikes.

Either way, I really am looking forward to this season. Should be a lot of fun, and I'll get more time to focus on the business. I'm sure I'll learn more than I ever dreamed.

Holy $#!t!!!  I've got to go find a rag to wipe the spit off my computer screen! :-X :o :P  ;D ;D ;D
The frame was snapped, the #3 rod was dangling from a hole in the cases, and what was left had been consumed by fire.  I said, "Hey, we've got all night!"
