I am dying to know if this item was paid for a picked up.

Hey Simon, are all Brits this freaking funny?  Your wife has got quite the humor streak as well, hmmm, curious?!

StumpysWife

Yay!  I have a new swear word:

decerebrate turnip

What a fun guy.

sdiver68

Funny stuff!

What is also funny is how he thinks distances of 120 miles are far, yet if I ever had to drive less than that just to get my bike worked on by a competent guy I would be overjoyed!

Fitting, the seller's ID is "bike-pusher"  ;D

"I shall send the SAS to put itching powder in your underpants drawer. "

"This bike is like Monty Python's parrot. It wouldn't voom if you put 40,000 volts through it."

I love British humor.   ;D

The area of British humour (or humor if you prefer) is as capacious as an elephant's scrotum. And, like our food, some like it, some don't.

I wish I'd seen this for sale. Most of the kids leaarning to ride in the 70s started on one of these - usually one in worse condition than this.

Somebody contact this guy and invite him to post a few here. I'm still laughing. ;D

I did send him an e-mail to see if this guy actually picked it up.  I'm not sure if it would be more interesting if the high bidder didn't pick it up or the seller tells me off for asking  ;D
