Hello Jordan!  There is a cash bar, not open bar.  Tried that last year--never again.  As soon as I get the official go-ahead from Chicago I will be mailing out letters for the Midwest/Great Lakes and Great Plains banquets.  This year we are not allowing guests to buy their tickets at the door.  The only way in is to reserve tickets ahead of time.  So, make sure that when you get the letter, you get it right back to me!
