Can't imagine anyone being happy to race at Gateway in the rain. The walls are just too close for comfort.

Exactly.  I've raced at Daytona in the rain when we couldn't use rain tires.  Not cool.  Gateway would be worse, even with rain tires.  I would have to reconsider racing there.

Well I've only been to Gateway one time, but I didn't care for it much in the dry, I'd never get on that track when it was wet.  Well I guess it was semiwet in a few places for the trackday before last time we were there.  Since I've retired for the year, I guess it doesn't matter anyway.  Be careful out there.  Try not to get beaten too bad by my boys!  #157 am, #75 am!
