Uhhh.. how many Champs do we have?

On the CCS site, there's a section on the 'points' page (http://www.formulausa.com/ccspoints.asp) at the bottom that's titled:
2003 CHAMPIONSHIP CUP RACING TRACK CHAMPS

What's that?... people who've gotten the most points at each track?

So does that mean there's:
Regional, by class, points champs
Regional, AM/EX overall points champs
By track, points champs
National, by Daytona race winners, champs

Each region has 1 home track, and each track will have a track champion this year, who has accumulated the most overall points AT that track. The winner will receive free race entries at that track next year. 1 AM and 1 EX.
