ONE STINKING ROUND OF PRACTICE BOTH SATURDAY AND SUNDAY?!? THANK GOD THOSE FU&%ING CARS GET ENOUGH TIME THIS WEEKEND!!! CCS CALLS THEMSELVES A MOTORCYCLE RACING CLUB????? WHATEVER!!!! CALLING BULLSH&T ON THIS ONE!! ::)

Dawn

We don't need the profanity....

Perhaps read the post that deals with running with the cars and that should shed some insite as to why your practice may be shortened.

Thanks.

As Mr. Elliot explained, they have to put up with the cars or there is no June VIR date. And the practice were added on Friday that anyone can participate.

I have more of a problem with why a NRRS/CCS combined event cost almost twice as much to enter (CCS classes) even if it is at a regional track and the races are shorter.

we need the profanity. anyhow, i'd rather be getting all of my track time at roebling than half at vir. it's a jip and you know it. it MIGHT be worth it at road atlanta. by the way WERA has NO cars running with them EVER!!! WOW how did they do that? you know, being a bike racing series and all. hey maybe NASCAR will share daytona with us so we can race there more often? ::)

Well...  That's life.  Sometimes things are not the way you want them so you either need to put up or shut up.  If you don't like it, don't go.

By your last post it seems like you are trying to insite a WERA vs CCS debate.  Save that for the WERA board, we don't need it here.

dawn, just because you are a minless minion and don't pay attention?? do you race? if you payed your 205.00 for four entries and 25.00 gate fee wouldn't you want your track time? just so you know, the car racing cut into about five sprint races today that will now have to run tomorrow. bottom line? ccs owes it's customers better than that. the silly "it's the only way we could run vir" excuse it's lame. so if you want to travel in the left lane of life at 40mph with your blinker on, go ahead. don't get pissed when someone paying attention goes around you and gives you the finger!!

EX#996

Yes we do race....

However I for one realize life is not perfect and we just need to deal with it.  At least there is a race to go to.

Mindless minion.... That's a new one, never been called that before.  I guess I will need to add that one to my list.  Himmm.....40 mph in the left lane with my blinker on, I'll have to try it but I don't think my ZX-6 will like it too much.

It's amazing that you can't have a conversation without calling other people names.  How old are you?

Having just got back from VIR this weekend I must say that it was not nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. Racing was all done by 5:00 Sunday including the ones they had to make up for saturday. The track crew at VIR are definatly on top of their game when it comes to cleaning up the track when the cars were done.  Only real downfall I could tell was that it lap times were down overall for everyone that I talked to. I agree with Treybone. I got there Wed night and had plenty of track time with the Thurs practice and the Fri morning. I actually thought it was interesting to watch the car guys after a hard day of riding/racing.
I'm sure those guys were thinking the same thing D.O.C. "Why do we have to wait on those f@%&$ng motorcycle guys?" Seeing as they spend $5-9 grand just in tires for the weekend, they have just as good an excuse as we do to complain about track time.

Thing is, I had a great time, did very well, and came home in one piece.

Don't ever agree with treybone, he is just sucking you in. <g>
