Does anyone know where I can find those electric scooters??

The are like the gas powered ones, only with rechargable batteries.  I see other people with them but never think to ask until it's too late.

TIA,
D. Dave

we have one, it takes 4 hours to recharge, goes 26 mph and last about 15 miles or little more...

I can't remember who made it off hand, but I will find it for ya

I saw two different models of electric ones at Sports Authority last Saturday. They start at $299. I think they said they also carry a gas-powered one that is $599.

Most of the ones you see at the SouthWest events came from Racer's Edge (the Michelin vendor).  Last season they brought some to each race and sold a bunch of them for a decent price.  I've been wanting one too because they're quiet and don't take up too much space in the trailer.  I'm not sure if they still bring them to the events or not.

If you are in SE i sell them.. they are called "Fredom Scooters" and the ones i have are 24 volt and go about 18-20mph and last for 1-2 hours strait ride time depending on the size of the person on them and i sell them for $345
