I thought I heard that the last round of the MA schedule was supposed to be run on Summit's new circuit.  True?  If so, what are the realistic chances of this round ever happening considering the track hasn't been finished yet?  As it stands right now you only have 1 day home between Summit & the ROC if you're going to make practice. :o Is VIR going to turn into a dbl points round for the MA?

We have already done 2 Roebling dates and  we're coming up on Barber, all huge drives for most MA guys. Add in the guys who went down to Daytona in March, and I'm sure most MA guys are getting tired of driving. Considering the 1 day between these events, knowing Summit is going to be cancelled in advance would ease things for quite a few guys leading up to the ROC.

Kevin, Art??

Nut.. I believe VIR in Sept IS a double points weekend already

Ned,

The very muddy and blasted Shenandoah circuit would challenge even your talents  :D.  We don't have any Supermotard planned  ::).

The last two Summit Point events, Sept 5-7 with the F-USA folks is double points, as are all F-USA weekends, and the MA season finale Oct 11-12 is also.

Kevin must want to challege his staff.  The VIR event Sept 27-28 is double points for the SE, as it is their season finale, but will not be for MA points, unless it becomes the MA finale too.   :-*

Hope that is as clear as the mud on what might be next years new circuit in Wild and Wonderful West Virginia.   ???

After earlier assurances that we would be on the main course, I have finally seen the contract for October, and it is for the Shenandoah Circuit.

We will make a final determination after we speak to Bill Scott, but I do believe that the weather related delays are going to force a change in the schedule. (For those coming to Daytona, i am sure it will be for the better.....if you know what I mean.)

See you at Barber.

Ahh, that's what I thought might be the case. 8)Maybe your staff won't be challenged after all..;) Thanks for the preliminary info as I'm planning on being a Daytona rookie in a few months.

Skills Art, where???
Oh, you must have my number mixed up with 109 or 477.  :o  I'm the old guy on the red #298, not to be confused with the other old guy on red #666....lol.

Peanut, you have to cut Art some slack. You know in person you and I are very hard to tell apart. Practically twins! Maybe I'll shave my head before Barber's, then we'll really confuse 'em!

Who is 477  :o

I think I am ouit for Barber too. Still don't have a bike as of today and the frame is not coming any time soon...  :'(

If my buddies are driving down there, I might put my street bike on the track and get beat by the mid-pack guys...

Blast, why does have to be twin-sprint (read expensive double points) weekend  ???

I am not going to the last summit if it is as scheduled. I am going to drive down to daytona tues.

I may even skip the next VIR.

I guess you can tell I am just aiming for Daytona now  ::)

477 is William Myers, definitely a fast rider in the SE, same as Hec is in the MA.

You keep going back and forth, just load up whatever bike you have and go down to Barber.  If nothing else, you'll be riding on a great track!  The races should be tight with Stu & I being there only once, and Myers, Hector, SE#144 Stephan, and maybe MA#103 Donny seeing the track for the 1st time.  We'll all be learning quite a bit on Friday, so Sat & Sunday should be fun!  ;D

Ok Kevin & crew what's the final word on the last round for the MA @ Summit?

I'm trying to get my work schedules for that time frame and final info would be appreciated!
