W3 Racing is holding a track day for licensed racers only on the 4th of July.  What better way to spend a holiday than at the track?  There will be open practice all morning, with practice starts and a couple mock races in the afternoon.  Green track from 9 to 4:30 with no lunch so you can't get any more track time than this.  Top experts will be there as control riders to help anyone interested in lowering lap times working with riding and suspension.  Send an email to Brent@w3racing.com or call 773.255.3279.  Cost will be between 150 and 200.  If we get ~20 racers, cost is 200. If we get 30 racers, cost is ~ 150.  Hope to see everyone there!  Please pass this along to anyone you now that may be interested and let me know.  Thanks!

Just wondering - will the track be open for camping the night before?

See you there!!!!! ;D
CCS AM 815... or was that 158?

The track is not open for camping the night before.  Track opens at 7am.  I think there may be a couple more track days over the weekend, but it costs about the same and you get 1/3 the track time.  See everyone on the 4th.

Is the 4th still on? I won't be riding but I will be coming down to help out as a corner worker and doing some timing. 8)

Track day is still on.  There is another W3 track day scheduled for labor day as well.  Hope to see a good turnout on thursday.  There's no better way to spend a holiday than at the track! ;D

I would like to thank Brent for putting together today. Even though I didn't ride I had a fun day. I send my condolinces to those who had unfortunate incedences and wish them a speedy and full recovery. Terry :-/

Thank you for spending so much time getting my suspension dialed in, and helping me on the track.  I got more out of the time spent on the track today than any other track day I've done yet.  Period.  Brent, Michael (and everyone else - I apologize for being somewhat "challenged" when it comes to remembering names) - you are a FIRST CLASS ACT!!!  Can't wait to see you on the track again.

Count me in for Labor Day!

My prayers go out for those who got hurt.
