Is'nt Aug 21st the race school prior to the Wegman weekend races, or just a sport rider day?

Dave has his school and Sport Rider Days are there too.  Trust me.  It is well worth the time spent with Dave.

I already sent the check to S_D; was just checking to make sure I didn't have it messed up. (I'm old, ya' know). This is my Son's and my racing debut weekend. (does that make us debut-tantes?) First time P/N racer; how scary is that?

Shouldnt be too scary, esp if you're doing the Friday practice as well.  My debut weekend was in April, 35 degrees, and it wasnt too bad.

Nate, he has a GSXR 600 and we're bringing the RC and a SV650. Is BHF very hard to learn? Any major elevation changes like Atlanta?
Has S_D ever failed anyone for being stupid? ;D

Yes, that is the Sport Rider Day program day.

The CCS staff is there all day, so after you get your certificate upon your completion (racers being stupid?  that might eliminate a big chunk...LOL!) you can get you license stuff worked out and then practice on Friday.  Think of that as an extention of school.

Don't worry, I won't run you over. I'm not fast, yet. Down to a 1:34 last time there, that should drop 2 seconds from the gearing changes I did,  and I'm hoping to drop several seconds in SD's class. So, Aiming for times in the high 1:20s.

The top Amateur SV guys are getting about 1:20-1:21, IIRC.

Do you plan on arriving Wednesday, or Thursday morning? I'll be there Wed afternoon to unpack, setup my pit and tent, and then walk the track.
