rm250 forks

hi everyone
need a little help here......  ???

forks feel sooooo solid. they hardly move up or down.

tried setting comp and rebound damping at minimum, but no effect, :'(

anyone got any suggestions??????????? :-/

Are they bent or pinched?

dont think so.

i opened the bottom of the fork a little and let some oil out.

that helped a little,but not a lot, so i ordered a manual for the rm and will tale the forks apart when i get the manual.

i will let you know how i get on.
