I'm not sure why you didn't get the excite message.  Here is the note I sent.

 I received seven Silkolene/EBC Brakes contingency certificates
on Friday in the mail.  Six of them are mine but one of them is for
you, provided you are the same Tom Short that finished in 2nd place at
Mid-America in AM Lightweight Supersport on 5/25/03.  If this is your
certificate let me know and I will mail it to you asap. If you prefer
to contact EBC for a new certificate I can shred this one for you.  I
don't know if it would be quicker for EBC to send a new one or the
postal service to deliver this one from Pennsylvania.  Let me know want
you would like me to do.
