VIR June 27-29: 8 lap sprint races?

when do you not treat them like that? it's only thirty minutes?

sometimes I would stay behind the lead group, study everyone and try to make a move toward the last 2-3 laps. I don't usually charge ahead in teh first 3 laps as in a sprint. I don't really want to get upfront, get the lead and then try to hold it for 10 laps. I am not much faster (if at all :-D) than the competiton, so I don't count on get out and build a 20 second lead.
