Gearing for Roebling Road

I have a 600cc and 1000cc and I'm trying to figure out the gearing for both. Both are set up now for -1 +2 I am thinking about going to stock though.

It's going to depend on pace, but if it helps at all I have a 750 and am set up to run a 15/41 at Roebling, which basically the same as a 16/44.  This is close to what I run at VIR.
