transponder options

New to the CCS family, what are the options for transponders? Doing NJMP this weekend and am not sure I can find one within the next few days. Are they for sale or rent at registration? Just ziptie one on or is more prep required?

can rent em or buy one right at the registration window im pretty sure. zip tie onto fork leg.
