In asking some of the riders from the pictures, it turns out that the umbrella girls were hookers picked up by one of the more notorious racers of the time.  Sadly, that is just before my time at Blackhawk

Sorry, not hookers or umbrella girls.  The girls were from a cable tv motorsport show out of Chicago.  Pretty flaky stuff.

Ahhh....the memories, Bill Wildt's Motorsports Unlimited on cable public access channel . Always headed the other direction when he came around with the camera and microphone.

Borrowed bike for me.  Don't remember riding it, but there I am.  I think I was there to race the endurance race on my RZ350.
