Breaking In Gloves

Just got a new pair of racing gloves....they are alpinestars GP Pro, the model from a few years ago.  They were a nice clearance treat .  These are my first ever brand new gloves....so I would like to loosen them up for my first weekend with them. Anyone have any good tricks to break em in?

Gloves are a tough one. i find that the teknic fit me well from the start especially the kangaroo palm and there is no need for break in. As far as your delema, i am not sure I can be of any help.

When I got my pair of Helds I couldn't go through an entire race without my hand cramping up.  So I had to break them in slowly.  I would wear them for practice the first two weekends only and use my old ones.  Then on weekends 3 / 4 I would wear them for practice and sprints, but couldn't handle the GTs.  By weekend 5, it was all Held all the time.

That doesn't really help if you don't have a backup pair of gloves though...

Wear them throughout the day, then while sleeping.

I'm going to have gloves to break in as well.  Thinking about washing my hair with them...
