I know it didnt look good but I hope he is ok.

His name is Kevin. He is 25yrs old. He is in rough shape with a LONG road ahead of him. He has broke back, wrist, ribs, and a bruised kidney. He is still messed up good and his condition is not as good as Fb leads on. He road Down with my good friend Mike and TJ from NJ. This was Kevin's first race weekend. We were pitted Side by side so that we could help each other out. His parents are not wanting his true condition out so I can't tell exactly what's wrong with him but it isn't good. Please continue to keep this young racer in your thoughts and prayers. Thanks!

hey guys. my names Michael DeBruin. Kevin is my best friend and my brother from another mother lol. kevin is OK. hes has some bad injuries but will be fine in time. He broke some ribs, right wrist, sternum, and fractured his back. he had moved his toes at the track. as of now he has some tingling in his feet and feels pulsing in his legs. but no movement yet. They are preforming surgery right now (4:30pm est) on his back. he will also need a pin in his wrist at some point this week. if all goes to plan he will be relocated to atlanta for rehab. Kevin lives in NJ so this makes things hard here. i was with him until 10am monday morning after his parents had been there for sometime. he sleeps alot and we talk on the phone when possible. i will do my best to let everyone know updates. i am on facebook and update there the most. on behalf of Tj, Kevin and myself i thank all of you for you help, support and prayers.
