Jennings GP Ultra Light Thunder Bike (250ss) Race recap

Good turnout of 25O riders this past weekend at Jennings GP.

This weekend the riders on the grid were young gun Anthony Mazziotto III who traveled from New Jersey to compete in ULTB and the USGPRU round, Walter Ferreyra, Bill Weissinger, Miguel Chirino, and New 250 riders German Vaca and Andres Jaramillo.

The weather was dry and track conditions were good.

For the ULTB race, Bill Weissinger a Honda CBR 250 rider was not able to start due to injuries sustained in a crash during the GT Lights race. At the drop of the green flag Mazziotto pulled out in front and continued to inch away from the pack. Walter worked his way up from the back to run a lonely 2nd while German and I battled it out for 3rd. Wild card rider Andres Jaramillo completed the field in fourth aboard one of Moto Tech Racing's Ninja 250's.

Race results:

Anthony Mazziotto III
Walter Ferreyra
Miguel Chirino
German Vaca
Andres Jaramillo

Congrats to Anthony for taking the win!

The next race will be at Daytona International Speedway during the annual Biketober Fest celebration October 19th through the 21st.
