Just posted this on the CCS homepage, but I thought it prudent to do it here as well.

"Our Summit Point Summer Cyclefest is shaping up to be an exciting weekend. We will have a full paddock with our CCS and ASRA racers joined by competitors in the Side Car Racers Association and the F2000 Championship Series.

In that regard, we'd like to remind everyone that it is important to keep all Fire Lanes clear in the paddock area. If there is a painted white line at the edges of the road at your pit, keep all of your equipment behind that line. If there is no painted line, no more than one foot onto the asphalt.

If you do not go by these guidelines, be prepared to move since this rule will be strictly enforced."

+1. Never understood why some people feel the need to put their canopies and such up in a way that they are now an obstacle for everyone. Many times at BHF when I drove crash I had a hell of a time getting around some paddock corners because some people feel they can put crap up IN THE ROAD. Afraid that your bike will sink in the grass, bring plywood. Roads are for moving around on, not for parking your bike or canopies.
