Sure seemed better then it has been for a few years.
Sounds like they have a good plan to keep the corners together for the long haul as well.

I love the new corners too. Blackhawk did well! I could actually take a different line through them if I wanted and not get all shaken up. Hopefully it holds up well after the cars go through it.

I thought there was tons of grip in the dry.  Really liked that there weren't any seams.  In the wet on Sunday, they looked slicker than the rest of the track.  But I'm sure that's just because they are new.  Overall I was very impressed.

I had the later race when it was starting to dry but still trying to decide if it was going to rain....on rain tires the new stuff was nice and grippy (I started aiming for the wet spots...)
