Friday test and tune

I'm gonna be going to my first test and tune day on Friday at BHF.  Does anyone know if there is a tire vendor there on Fridays?  I need to get some tires swapped off a set of rims.  Any idea how much?

I think Dustin(Pirelli)  usually is there on Friday. Not sure if turn1(bridgestone) will be there Friday.  Michelin usually is there at same time as Dunlop I think.

And how do the sessions work? I know it says 6-7 15 minute sessions, but how are they grouped?
