It was a good week end of racing at Homestead 06-24-12 despite the threatening weather conditions.

Despite an 80% chance of rain forecast and threatening over cast skys, Sunday was dry with the exception of a light drizzle in the afternoon.  I took the whole shot and led for the 1st 4 laps while being persued by Walter Ferreyra Sabrina Ferreyra and Sammy Hakim. At about the fourth lap, Walter made it by and we challenged each other in turns two and seven for the remaining laps. I re passed Walter on the draft while crossing the white flag but he over took me (I believe in T2).

Congrats to Walter for taking the win and congrats to Sabrina Ferreyra for her 1st podium finish!
