Okay - here's the final stuff ..

Friday -
4:00pm: armband sales start (24/7)
5:30pm: move in/set up - North Course
7:00pm-8:30pm: Registration in the Classroom (base of tower)
.... and hopefully Tech at about the same time

If I can get the registration room ready, I'll open a bit earlier than 7.  Can't guarantee anything until we get there and see what's happening.
