hello my names mike, i ride a 600rr and this is my first time racing with you guys. i just have a few noob questions/ need advice from you guys
Can i register for both GTU and GTU rookies cup or are they the same race? i was going to run the rookies cup and mw supersport but they are run back to back according to the roebling road schedule, and i dont really want to do that. or is that what people are doing?
How many races do you guys sign up for on average?
Can i submit my pre-entry form without a transmitter number? i already ordered it but has not arrived.
thanks in advance, mike

Rookie cup and GTU are run separately (in the midwest region at least). GTU is an endurance race. Rookie cup is 10 laps with all 3 classes run together. As for the back to back, let the grid marshal know you have back to back races and they can try to get you a couple minutes before they let the next race out for the hotlap. Just make sure you have a full tank of gas. :)

I used to run 3 races a weekend on ave. Sometimes 4 if I'm feel like doing more. Usually ran thunderbike, GTU, MWSS and HWSS when I had to "battle a friend" who rode a TLR.

Cant say anything about pre-entry without a transponder number. Email Kevin Elliott or CCS to find out for sure. His email is on the ccs website ( www.ccsracing.us ) .

You can pre enter without a transponder number. They will hook you up with a transponder when you go to registration at the track.  Also if you are new you should post up and shout out where you live. You might be suprised you could find a travel buddy and split gas costs to the race, maybe split a garage or many other cost saving situations. Good to have you bro

Just so you know, last year, you could not pre-register for the Rookies Cup.  You had to sign up at Registration at the track.

Not sure if they are still doing it this way.
