Numbers and Plates for First Race

Doing my first CCS race this weekend at BHF if I pass the License Class on Sat .(think you just have to not crash in the Mock race. ).. anyways I don't have any numbers (helmet or bike), or yellow background .  Do they sell these at the race track ?  Otherwise what are some ways to get this done.
1. Desperate way: Yellow duct tape from Home Depot with numbers or electrical tape from HD.
2. Spray Paint Yellow.  (any tips)  e..g never painted a bike. Do you just tape around the plate area with masking tape and newspaper (like house painting) and go for it?
3. Any suggestions welcome.

I think Greg Kotlinski will be there with numbers.(he took over for DCdecal)
I would bet he has yellow vinyl too. He usually pits with Dustin of Cyclepath racing the Pirelli tire guy.

Other wise yellow tape and electrical tape can be made to work.
