WTB Dynojet quick shifter push switch for 09R6

Got a great deal from Dynojet on the PC5, QS module but never got the push switch.  Does anyone have an extra or can point me to the supplier (sub of Dynojet) for better pricing?

If you didn't find a push style dynojet quick shifter yet let me know. i just bought a push style when i found out I need a pull style. It's in great condition.
