My cousin, Brent Latham, is 15 years old and wanted to start doing
trackdays with me, but because of his age he has to have a current
race license in order to participate in many trackdays that I attend.
With this in mind, last Monday(May 17th) he went through Frank
Kinsey's CCS licencing school at Roebling Road.  That afternoon, after
he had completed the instruction and had Frank's "stamp of approval" I
called and spoke with somebody at the home office, telling them that
he and I had a trackday 7 days from then(the following Monday May
24th) and he would be overnighting his CCS licence application.  I
told her that we understood that it would take longer than 7 days to
recieve the actual licence, but it would be GREAT if we could get some
type of license conformation emailed/faxed back so we could show it to
the track management at Roebling Road.  She was very understanding and
said for me to have my uncle send a note with his application giving a
phone number, fax number, and contact information.  she said that as
soon as she recieved it she would fax something to my uncle confirming
the license so he would be able to attend the up coming trackday...
problem is that it was delivered on thursday at 11:00am, but my uncle
never recieved any type of conformation.

Is there anyway you could email me something confirming the license so
he can ride at the trackday this monday?

PS - I know youre very busy with the race this weekend at Blackhawk
Farms, but I would greatly appriciate it if you would take a few
minutes to email me something so he could ride on Monday, THANKS

you can probably take the kids certificate and license app and he should be fine if you don't receive the ccs card by then.
