Title question?

Hey all, new to the forum here. Looking to get started in ccs racing. I have looked through the rulebook several times and couldn't fid the answer. I have a race bike built, I just dont have a title. Nothing illegal or anything,just  factory blank frame. My question is what are the requirements for documentation for bikes in ccs racing? Thanks!

Unaltered VIN, is only thing checked for on a regular basis, but unstamped frame could result in contingency denial from OEM or difficulties with police to prove ownership.  Police rarely understand how bike could not have a VIN be sure to have documentation, bill of sale, reciept from buying replacement frame, reciept title for the motor etc
