Any of you Wisconsin guys that live in the Eagle River area that know anything about boats?

My father in law found one on ebay and he is seriously interested in, but its 750 miles one way.

If you can help out, please let me know. The auction has 6 days left on it.

thanks
Mark

Well , I am not near Eagle River, but I do know that a boat should produce a sufficient buoyant force to keep it afloat.

I once attended an outhouse parade in Eagle River WI.  Interesting way for a town to celebrate their sesquicentennial.

My husband knows a little about boats, he used to spend summers in Eagle River (Camp Menominee) and we live in the Sailing capital of the world.  Where is the seller?  What is your question?

from the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel:

Privy Pride - This must be some kind of record. As part of a weeklong All-School Reunion and Wisconsin's Sesquicentennial Celebration, dozens of outhouses, pulled by vintage cars, floated through the streets of Eagle River, Wisconsin. That's right. The privy parade had more than 500 participants, representing 60 different graduating classes. "I'll bet there's never been a parade like this," said Sharon Brenda, who works for the chamber of commerce. Some of the outhouses made preview runs during a 4th of July parade. One, decorated in red, white and blue, boasted a sign proclaiming: "Come Downtown to Do Your Business!"
