Does anyone know if the recent Daytona track problem will affect the upcoming CCS races?

I heard they had to stop one of the Crashcar races due to a sinkhole or something in the track surface.  Anyone know exactly where the problem is on the track layout and if it will affect the CCS configuration?

Thanks in advance for any knowledge.

Haha!! Grattan did that once when I was there.

And I'm sure it wasn't the first time either.

Thanks for the info.  Good news for us.  I knew the BBS would come through with the goods.

Well a good thing is the scheduled repaving mid 2011 may be moved up if the nascar teams put alot of pressure on DIS. Current surface was laid in 1978.

Unfortunately the CCS racing will be on the traditional track layout. IE: using all 4 nascar turns, last page of:   \. http://www.ccsracing.us/forms/2010/misc/2010%20spring%20mailer.pdf

what's the differance we race around every other patch and pot hole, that track has been junk for 10 yrs i am surprised it's taken this long for the left turners to complain.
