CBR suspension help

have an 06 600rr and i was wondering on a starting point for the clickers. 5'9 180lbs

stock suspension?


I think I had my 05 at 11 turns out from all the way in for the front preload
compression and rebound at around 2 turns out from lightly seated in

rear preload was at the 5th notch I think
with rebound at 1.5- 2 turns out
compression at around 7-9 clicks  out


been a while since I ran bone stock suspension though.

check out Sport Rider, on-line alot of times they have good base settings posted.

stumbled on that today actually. got it set up according to them now. Soon we'll c how it works out, AT DAYTONA!!!!!, thanks for getting me  a starting point the both of you
