turkey day bustup

so tuesday i stopped at publix and weighed in a mere 221lb my oldest daughter had to work thursday and since we were going to miami for the hoildays we had turkey dinner for her on tuesday evening. the usual pigout went to moms house in miami complete pig out thursday then mother inlaws fri. another pig out then stopped at barbie bakery for a cuban pastery fillup for the 5hr ride home sat. stopped back at publix for milk for sun. and weighed back in on the same scale 226lb 5lbs in 4 days my personal record.   i did rediscover stawberry rubarb pie ( i cooked me self and the boss even liked it)

no way, that was pumkin,apple,rubarb, pecan and brownies.plus a half a dozen pastalitos. oh and sweet potato casserole .but my wife does like your answer

Take a poop and it will all go away. Honestly I can lose two pounds overnight on the same scale.

Not braggin but I gained 8 pounds from Wednesday to Sunday. Just could not stop eating. Now I am trying to work it off before xmas so I can do it again.
