So we find out the new rules same time as Daytona. Great, that leaves plenty of time to make decisions. Don't understand why this has to take till February.

Eric's a lot closer to this than I am but I think he may have meant that the actual hard copy rulebook won't be available until February.  I think normally the rules/rule changes are pretty well finalized in December.   That information should be available online well before February.

Again..... I'm qualifying that statement by saying I'm not as in touch with the rules process as he is.

Joel,

Announcements of what will be changing happens now, as in thistime of year, then rulebook ads are sold and the Rulebook is published. You will not be waiting until Feb to know how to build your bike to comply with the rules or what classes you would like to run.

May not be on both bikes next year but that depends on some details in the rules. Just waiting to confirm if there is any changes or not before I decide.
