I have the Harbor Freight one. It's bolt together construction creates a tendancy for the arms seperate slightly when you put the wheel on. For occasional use, it should be fine, but anything more then that, just get the stand from No Mar.

I have one to sell.  I have the Aerostich model, It is a high end model.  I have more than i need at the moment.  $150   normally $267 bucks.  The balancing wheels are far more precise than any other balancer i have seen and the cones are brass and are machined so closely that they dont use a allen screw to tighten them on, they just dont slide out when put into the rim.
