HPT improvements for AMA weekend moving forward

Update from RRW on the recent visit by the AMA safety committee to review safety improvements that had been requested. 

Sounds like things are moving forward for the AMA date the 1st weekend in August.

Improvements that I am aware of involved moving some walls back in turn #2 and possibly improving the available runoff on riders left at the crest of Alpha.
