Sometimes friendship is something you just can't identify. It is elusive to the mind. You can't put your finger on the cause or the commitment level of that friendship. There are those that you think might be your friend but you just aren't sure. Then there is the "friend" that turns out to be MIA when you really need them.

But, sometimes the signs of friendship are right there in your face...There are those that you know have your back. The ones that will give you a good alibi when you're in trouble. Then there are those that when you call them and say "I think I just killed someone in my yard" they are the ones that show up in no time with a shovel and a bag of lime in the trunk, no questions asked.

Other times, well, you just know who your buddies are.....
