Banquets for 2008 Season

The registration forms for the MW and MA banquets were included in your 2009 license mailer that you should have just received. If you did not receive yours in the mail you can print the mailer out by going to the CCS website, ccsracing.us and clicking on the mailer on the right hand side. Along with the banquet forms are the license application and the pre-entry forms for 2009. We look forward to seeing you!

Just wanted to let you know that the phone number for the hotel listed in the mailer for the mid atlantic banquet has the wrong area code. The correct number is 540 545 8121.

Banquet and renewal forms have been sent out!  Please respond ASAP as the banquet folks need to get a handle on how many of you are planning to come. Checks will not be deposited until Jan. 2, 2009.

Also be aware that the Sturbridge Host is being a little strict on room rates and will not hold the discounted rate beyond the cut off date, so book your accommodations soon.
