CCS or CMRA Racers in Houston???

I know that it's only been a few days since we were racing @ BHF but I'm suffering withdrawal symptoms down here in Texas particularly since my first season as an expert was disapointing... All right, it F!@#$%%g sucked!!  There, Happy? between months of unemployment, a broken wrist and seeing a string of AM go faster than I...

But things are turning around - got a great job with Marathon Petroleum, temporarily in Houston and my bike is being transformed from the perenial rat SV by the magicians @ Road Race Prep.  Then the challenge is to move the bike from Salem, Il down to Houston.

Once i get it down here, I'll be looking to hook up/race/do track days with CCS and/or CMRA racers.

I'm in West Houston in the Energy corridor on Eldridge Parkway, working from the Shaw Engineering office on Enclave.  Shoot me a pm if you're a local racer/trackday person.

The final round of CCS races for the southern region will be at Eagles Canyon Nov 15-16.

The races scheduled for Motorsport Ranch Houston this weekend have had to be canceled due Hurricane damage in the area and general lack of accomdations in the area.

I'll be at the CCS race at Eagles double sprint on Nov 18-19 and also the CMRA race at Texas World Speedway on Oct. 19.
