Someone please verify I'm reading the 03 rules correctly.  Since the following rule only shows up under the Sportbike (6.2) section, then it is legal for me to use my My-Chron lap timer that measures RPM and wheel speed in Supersport and Superbike classes?

"6.2.12 Data acquisition and telemetry systems are not allowed. Automatic on-board lap timers are allowed, except for those that measure engine rpm and/or wheel speed."

Just curioius if I'm going to get DQ'd for having the My-chron system on my bike in Supersport and Superbike.

Thanks in advance,

tzracer

Since the restriction is listed only under sportbike, then the rule only applies to sportbike. If it were to apply to all classes, it would be listed in section 5.
