'Early Registration Period Ends Next Week'

The early registration period for the upcoming Midwest Motorsports Festival at Blackhawk Farms will conclude next Wednesday, October 1, 2008. All event classes of participants will be able to save up to $50.00 by registering their car, motorcycle, or Kart prior to this deadline.

After the early registration deadline we will be adjusting prices to reflect associated administrative costs and contractual fees incurred. All registrations received on or before the deadline, or dated prior to the deadline, will pay the early fees only and will not be subject to the cost increase.

We will also allow an extension of the Early Registration period until October 3, 2008 for people who have submitted a reservation request via email or fax. This extension will apply to those who have submitted in writing a confirmation of their intention to participate with all contact and vehicle type information. This extension will enable those who have placed a reservation to delay their final and full payment until 5:00 Friday, October 3, 2008.
