Solo challenge

Do you need to take a break during a solo challenge or is it a full run like the team challenge.

You need to stop for gas, but other than that it's go time!!!!  Go till you drop.

There is no mandatory break.  You stop only as your or you bike requires, but if you can go flag-to-flag without stopping, then all the better.
