Spyder phone troubles

I love technology some days. ::)

For some reason, if I'm on the other line and we get a call, my VM message runs and then says we're not accepting calls. (But really, we are!) Obviously when we pick up all is well.

Email me if you need anything urgent and you can't get through on the phone, as I won't be able to deal with this until tomorrow AM.
