Sunday race #1 at RA

Any info on the guy who crashed at the start of the first wave of the F-40 race?
All I remember seeing from the second wave was a green flag for the first wave,
I got ready to go and saw stuff flying through the air, a bike tumbling and a guy laying on the ground.

  Got tangled with another rider, when we broke apart the bike got into a tank slapper.Couldn't get out of it and took a nice tumble with the bike.
  Spent the night in the hospital with a broken scalpula,2 broken ribs, and a slightly punctured (bruised ) left lung. Some minor abrasions,bruises,and slight concussion.
  Going to the doctor again today here at home for some more follow-ups.

     Done racing for the year. I will try and get up to BHF at the end of the month.

I was in the second wave too.  That was a scary way to start the day watching you roll off the track and hold your hand up for the ambulance.  But I'm glad to hear you're relatively ok.  Heal quick, Jerry.

If it were me I  would rub some dirt on it and get back on my bike and finish the race..

Jut think though, in my condition I would probably still beat you!LOL
