RA - registration for sat closes 9 AM fri?

That's what the schedule says - 9:00AM Registration Closes for Sat Races.

Is this true?

I'm about 98.673% sure that the Friday deadline for Saturday is a typo.

Another typo is LCR is not shown on the Saturday schedule, but Eric confirmed for me the times when they would be on track.

If you want to know for sure you could contact the CCS office in Texas, although they may already be headed out to RA.

It should be Reg for Friday closes at 9am, Reg for the rest of the weekend closes at 5pm.
