Baseline setup for a jiggy 1000

 I have a 03 gsxr 1000 w/ penske triple and racetech gold valves.  I weigh 225 lbs and had 1.0 springs installed.  I will be running on pirelli tires, and have no clue of where to start.  This year is my first year to ccs, and I am neon green to this.  Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated.  Thanx

i have the same bike but with a heavier set up ... the tracks you will be riding will play a big part in your final settings. my numbers at summit are different than my numbers for vir or daytona etc.
