I don`t think he`s wrong.  Duhamel has an awesome TV personality but has earned quite the reputation over the years for being a knob to the little people (US!!!) when you`re on track with him!

I was in that riders meeting
my first AMA round and I heard him say it along with a few other dumb comments which made me want to stand up and ask him if he had ever raced before. but i figured being the new guy i will keep my mouth shut for once.

People, please...  If you're going to flame someone, please have the flame proofread for spelling, punctuation and grammatical errors.  While I understand that there are truly great people out there who aren't English majors, the sting is far less when the rant is filled with errors.

Afterall, when George Bush talks, who really takes him seriously?  In another example, just the other day I saw a PINK 9mm handgun.  If you hold me up with that, I'm gonna laugh at you and walk away.

Hey Tommy, I didn't realize you were one of the "little" people...

It's funny how people ASSume things from how people come accross on TV. It can work both ways.

Don't give up on your dreams! If an illiterate like K3 can write a book, imagine what you can do!

Turn the "Cage Match" into a Red Flag fundraiser, Sunday aft. after the AMA races at Rd. Am. and it'll sell out> How much per ticket? On the deck at Siebken's or in the Briggs and Stratton motocomplex?

I guess it is nothing new. but new to me

Just has me thinking that every top rider making big bucks and that is still in it can get such a shitty attitude toawrds the little people.

one more reason for me not to like pro racing all the more.

A lot of people have asked why JRP or anyone else at that level didn't call him (Miggy) out right then and there, but you just confirmed what I was thinking which is that if you're a privateer entry who is just happy to have qualified for the event, and you're sitting around with the likes of Duhamel, Hayes, and others, of course you're not going to stand up and say something right then and there - perfectly understandable.  What I wish is that one of the other factory guys or satellite team guys who does have the clout would have called him out on it - but of course, they then have to be careful to not get in to a media pissing match either, because after all, what pro needs that distraction.
