2007 Brembo contingency from Yoyodyne

Did anybody get paid Brembo contingency from Yoyodyne in 2007?  I didn't receieve a penny and they owe me over $200. Always had a different excuse when I called. Then I read this http://www.roadracingworld.com/news/article/?article=31225
Good luck anybody from USGPRU getting paid on that one.

I beleive this in the final resolution process.

The contingency posted was for product that was supposed to be only available thru Yoyodyne. The reality was it was not an exclusive product and riders earned contingency for product bought from other sources. Fred at Yoyodyne has assured me that he was going to be making good on the contingency even though it meant he was supporting other Brembo dealers.

We are working to continue Brembo contingency with a direct sponsorship with Brembo but for now Yoyodyne is offering contingency on product they have exclusive rights to which is the Starlane Lap Timers which Jeff did a review on here.
