Aren't both tires going to be replaced this year? I heard that Dunlop is coming out with the D211 and Michelin has a new PR, and that both will be even more expensive, like $400+.

Michelin is likely to have 1 new front and 2 new rears. All coming out at different times. Hopefully we see the updated rear early in the year, the front not far behind and the new rear about halfway through the traditional season. But you never know with those dagom' french sum bitches.

What's the main difference between the D209 and the D209 GP? Is it the dual compound technology and price?

I ran the UK Dunlop NTec tires at Homestead this past weekend and I absolutley loved them.  I dropped my times by three seconds. These tires stick very well and I am sure I will be using them for the rest of the season.

I just bought 5 sets of D209 NTec from RTS.  I thought NTec was the UK tire...?!?!

I was told that there there were two NTEC compounds. One was from the UK and the other is from the USA. From my understanding the NTEC is a dual compound tire and the D209 was a one compound tire. Someone please correct me if I am wrong.
